Driven by our genuine commitment to corporate social responsibility, and our true willingness to contribute to the development of the upcoming millennial, Sorouh Developments has launched a proactive initiative and introduced a comprehensive program to host dozens of college students and fresh graduates throughout the summer break.

This program is designed to practically and mentally prepare the next generation for their next chapter and equip them to face the challenges of the labor market.

The primary objective of the program is to educate young individuals about the Egyptian real estate market, shedding light on various professional experiences and fields. Moreover, the program seeks to provide valuable insights into different career paths and create opportunities for potential talents. At the end of the program, we aim to offer employment opportunities to participants, ensuring the support of emerging talent and adding brilliance to the future of our youth.
